Innerleithen
All trails at Innerleithen are designed for the experienced mountain biker. The easiest trail at Innerleithen is the Black graded Traquair cross-country route. It is also a Mecca for downhill mountain bikers, with 4 downhill trails, all with different characters. Innerleithen is really a venue for the thrill seeking cyclist only.

Trails:
Traquair Cross Country Trail- Influenced by Innerleithen's downhill tradition, the trail is definitely not for the faint hearted. Fast downhills, tough climbs, plenty of rock slabs and exhilarating drop-offs.

Downhill trails- Four different downhill trails to choose from Matador, Crest Run, Gold Run, and Make or Break.
- Full face helmet, gloves, body armour and a Downhill specific bike are strongly recommended for all trails.
- A push up path is sign posted from the car park. Allow 45 minutes for the climb.
