Ae
Definitely not a novice destination, Ae has a superb, technical Red Route, with Black options to look out for. It is also home to a very steep Downhill course which needs to be walked before ridden, as some of the jumps have very large drops; designed for elite level riders. Easier trails are now being built, which will make Ae suitable for all abilities

Trails:
Green Route- A gentle flat route through open forrest and riverside tracks. Start can be found at the main car park. Suitable for family groups.

Blue Trail- A continuation of the Green route following fire road.

Ae Line Scottish Power Renewables Trail- A long trail with some steep descents and tough climbs. Plenty of rolls, jumps and drops. Only suitable for proficient mountain bikers. The final downhill section the "Omega Man" will delight the experienced rider whilst the less experienced could find it intimidating with its berms and drop-offs - ride with care.
